The building does not lack of proofs that is it supporting eco-tourism whether by using roofing insulation material including exterior walls, ceilings, floors and windows or by enabling a water saving system, separating recyclables and trimming compost.

The owners are trying to embed the local culture of Mougins into the property by encouraging small local businesses while using mainly local construction material, by choosing local plants to decorate the interior and exterior with and by partially purchasing organic and locally produced food.
