Upon arrival, my husband and I met the staff working there, and they seemed very nice and attentive. Everything was amazing up to the point where there was a huge miscommunication issue. It could have been solved easily with a nice conversation, but instead the French lady decided to take the wrong turn and be incredibly rude to me and my family. And on my wedding day, mind you. I tried to explain to her what went wrong but all I heard from her was “That’s not true”, as if she knew me personally at all. To be honest, it ruined my experience there. She was incredibly impolite and didn’t seem to have much empathy or understanding of the guests. It was truly upsetting. I apologized for the things that went wrong from my side and she still had a very appalling attitude and tone towards me. Guests don’t deserve to be treated that way and from what I see from the lower reviews, she has the same attitude with everyone that doesn’t agree with her, instead of taking criticism constructively. Anyway, overall a very sad, disappointing encounter. The rest of the staff was very sweet and thoughtful, the Dutch couple and the English man. However, she shouldn’t be working in hospitality at all.

The worst part, without a doubt, was the service.Due to an unexpected circumstance, we ended up with 5 people instead of 4. Upon arrival, the lady spoke to us in a very unpleasant manner, repeating things like: "Don't you think?", "I don't understand why you even thought of coming, you just don't think..." Very bad tone and zero empathy. Although they ended up providing us with a mattress, the way they treated us made us almost prefer to have left.We also had bicycles and wanted to take them up to our room so no one would steal them. The lady wouldn't let us; she told us we couldn't bring them up. We had to leave them at the reception desk, next to the entrance door and visible to anyone...Other aspects worth highlighting, besides the service:- In one room, only hot water came out, and in the other, only cold water (we were in "Granada and Salamanca").- Be careful with the hairdryer! It's broken, and if you try to use it, it starts to smell like something's burning. ⚠️- The pool is small (8x2.5m)- They're French, they understand little SpanishIf you can, avoid this place.

Beautiful oasis run by lovely people, very helpful and very kind. Great rooms and we loved the breakfast with fresh juice from Spanish orange's, great coffee even satisfying my lovely wife (but difficult coffee drinker). Great cheese en all eggs options possible. It really felt like visiting friends rather than rent a place. Thanks so much for the beautiful stay! Highly recommend! Ps weather end of september was perfect! 25 to 30 degrees.

Really nice little hotel in a small town close to Valencia.The owners are super adorable and always making sure you have everything you need. The place itself is so pretty, well decorated and so cozy. There is a super nice patio full of plants and a pool!Also they serve an amazing continental breakfast!Totally worth the visit. Looking forward to come back soon!Thank you for everything Eric and Frederique!
