We can absolutely recommend the hotel! It deserves all 5 stars. We were welcomed so warmly and the service from the staff went above and beyond! Special praise to Phillip and Jerome. The rooms were beautiful and we enjoyed the spa every day. The hotel was furnished with love and everything was taken care of very well.

This place could not have been more perfect! The staff took care of absolutely everything. Don't know where to go for dinner? It's booked. Want coffee sent up to the room before going out? Here's a snack to go with it. Flowers and a privatized balcony for your engagement? It's taken care of.Besides the world class staff, the room was also beautiful and spacious. We had such a great stay here, we actually immediately started looking at prices for a winter trip. I honestly can't wait to stay here again.
The location is very good, the bed and shower are great. The service, especially at the reception, is spectacular!! The pool and sauna area are very stuffy and smelly. It would be better if it were an outdoor space. At night there is a lot of noise coming from the main street. It can be considered a 4-star hotel.

We've stopped at many 5 star hotels and this one goes above and beyond. The service is amazing, staff can't do enough to help you and are so friendly. From check in to drinks service in the lounge to the driver to the housekeepers. Transfers to the slopes are excellent and if you need a slightly different time due to a lesson or need to leave early as the weather is bad they are only too happy to try their best to accommodate you. The cakes at 4.30 and savouries at 6.30 in reception are a great idea. The spa is fabulous and children can use it any time, you have to book an hour slot to use it so that it doesn't get too busy. The rooms are clean and smart. The heating is via a radiator so no noisy air con. Rooms are well soundproofed- we were by the street which is pedestrianised until 6.30 in the morning so you did get a but of traffic noise through the window in the morning as they tended to be bigger vehicles doing deliveries. So if you're a light sleeper book a river view room. We were in a Brevent double room and had a bath with shower over the top so no separate shower. Beds and pillows are comfy. Can't fault the hotel at all. In a perfect location right in the middle of Chamonix

This hotel is great. Service and location are second to none. Rooms are a small and elevator takes a while during peak hours. A few improvements:Offer more native services (rentals, airport taxi, massage)Spa is not always ready for use. Jacuzzi and Sauna should be on during business hours.
