Services and facilities
Taste the flavors
The Pool Bar
The pool bar is open until midnight and serves luscious fruit juices, refreshing cocktails and wines to accompany languorous afternoons spent reclining on a sun-lounger. If relaxation makes you hungry, order a crispy salad or plate of cold meats to savour in the shade before cooling off in the pool.
Maria and her team will assit you for order in classic Greek dishes and fresh seafood from local restaurants.
Breakfast
Breakfast is composed of a mix of locally-sourced produce and ingredients cultivated in the hotel’s garden. Think home-grown honey on your freshly-baked pastry or local yoghurt, just-squeezed orange juice and Greek speciality cold coffee, “cappuccino freddo”. The kitchen is happy to whip up some eggs from the local farm into a “strapatsada” – a mouth-watering dish featuring tomatoes, cheese and herbs. The flavours of breakfast taste even more delicious as they are enjoyed in the beautiful green garden among the flowers and trees.
