Great location. Away from crowd of Oia and Thira.Service was great. From desk, housekeeping, security, maintenance and bar attendant provided excellent service.

Exceptional hotel to stay. From the moment we arrived we were treated to 5* service in all aspects of our stay. The views were absolutely stunning overlooking the Aegean sea and the volcano. Food was incredible, everything was a gastronomic delight. Every member of staff was highly trained and treated you with the utmost respect and nothing was too much trouble for them. The suite was beautiful and everything we needed was there. Made our memories extra special. 😁

Overall I’d say this hotel is average by Santorini standards. The views are exceptional, the food was ok, the service is good (as long as you speak Greek), but the rooms are outdated. A bit pricey for what you get.

Lovely experience at all levels, I advise you to rent a car because taxis are the only way to move around the island 🏝️ and busses are not that efficient. But as a hotel it is lovely 😻. Fixed price for taxi 🚕 to port or airport of 60 Euro, the hotel can make a discounted price since it is a shred van with others. Since the hotel is in an island, so it is a bit hard to get food, the menu for food at the hotel can have more options for lunch and dinner

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we absolutely LOVED it! The room was clean, offered stunning views and the staff was incredible! They went above and beyond to make our stay special and we couldn't be more grateful and appreciative.

Best service I have ever received at a hotel. Cannot recommend this location enough, will absolutely be back. The view from the rooms is gorgeous and encompasses the entire caldera. Big thank you to Anastasia in reception for her second to none customer experience from the moment we arrived until leaving.

Dont let the stairs scare you away. This is a beautiful place, me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon and we are both very happy with the quality of service, beautiful rooms, cleanliness, offered us delicius breakfasts everysingle day, very fine meals at alali restaurant, and the best service from everybody, cleaning ladies to receptionist. Special thanks to jenny for making sure all our questions were answered and for being awesome.

We stayed at the suite for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went way above what we expected. They made the experience feel special and personalised. The food and service was also unmatched. The room was beyond beautiful and we never wanted to leave! The staff were super helpful in recommending things to do and making our time in Santorini one we will never forget. Would highly recommend for those looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. They set the standard for any hotel very high!!

We travelled here recently for our wedding anniversary and it was an amazing experience!First of all a huge thank you to George and his team for their outstanding service. The level of attention to detail was incredible!The food is Michelin star worthy for sure!Want the best views of the caldera this is the hotel for you!Please be mindful there are a lot of steps to get down to the hotel and if you’re then looking at excursions going up and down those steps are a workout in itself.

Luxurious interior in the spirit of traditional colors, with kindly, amicable and 24/7 available staff will guarantee that your vacation becomes memorable. Particular commendation goes to the breakfast menu, that makes you feel like royalty. In Astarte Suites, you will definitely feel like it was made just for you and we are definitely set on returning there in near future. And at the prices that are advertised, it is completely justified. It was, simply, as they would say: "Alali".
