Wish i could add more stars. Beautiful hotel well located but is hard to find from cab drop off, so definitely need to take advantage of hotel booking for private service to pickup or drop off. Rocio was amazingly responsive and helpful in arranging anything we needed from terrific flamenco tickets to restaurant reservations. I felt like she was my own personal assistant. It was a wonderfully pampered experience and well worth indulging!

First off the staff is terrific! So friendly and helpful- Yeska was especially outgoing and helpful- very professional.Wine greeting at check in lovely- good breakfast was well worth cost. Room was nice and quiet…Here’s the but….evidently, without knowing we booked a standard room (this is not an inexpensive hotel ) and those ONLY come with a bathroom down a steep flight of stairs without any hand rails! Not great in the middle of the night! I strongly suggest that the hotel makes this clear at booking as it was not when I booked on a outside website - and switching rooms would have cost more (even if they had one)- We managed for a single night but next time definitely not the right room for us- Over all a lovely hotel and a nice stay.

Despite the weather, we had a wonderful stay in this perfectly located boutique hotel. Amazing rooftop views and the set up in the room for our daughter was perfect. The champagne and fresh fruit upon arrival set the tone for our stay, and the concierge was more than helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and the yogurt can’t be missed!

Indeed a beautiful place ! Stunning deco and lovely rooms , staff members are very welcoming, polite and accommodating. Breakfast is exquisite with a wide range of food and drinks . In the evening they have a gentleman who plays guitar in the courtyard, simply devine ! Location in perfect as the cathedral is only 5 minutes walking distance! Restaurant and place to eat are very near .

We stayed for five nights in mid-January and were extremely happy with our stay at Casa del Poeta. We found it to be wonderfully well-situated, well-priced, and very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was excellent and the room in which it is served is very pleasant. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, always offering a friendly greeting and ready at all times to assist with anything you may need.We cannot say enough to express how glad we are that we chose to stay at Casa del Poeta and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for wonderful accommodation and service at a good price in an excellent location. In fact we would strongly urge all visitors to Seville to consider this hotel before booking elsewhere. If we ever return to Seville we would absolutely be happy to stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful place. Good sized room, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally well located, very nice breakfast. The building is also beautiful. We had a lovely stay.

The hotel is even more beautiful than the pictures. This hotel is quietly situated at the end of a small street in the middle of everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It's impossible to imagine finding a much better place to stay in Seville. We literally didn't want to leave.

Very sweet, quiet, quaint hotel on a little dead end street in the middle of everything. Couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff have all been amazing, helpful, and understanding.Large rooms, our had an exterior balcony, some other had interior tables for use.We had daily breakfast included. It was a nice way to start the day.I would stay here again if I came back to Seville.

Casa del Poeta is every bit as beautiful as it looks in the pictures.After being delayed nearly 8 hours do to flooding in Madrid, we were speedily checked into the hotel at 1 am, they were expecting us and had everything ready. My parents were celebrating their 50th Anniversary and they had champagne and rose petals set up in the room!Upon arriving I wondered how I could be here- isn't this kind of experience only for rich people?The staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the ambience of the hotel just cannot be beat. Staying in this beautiful historic building, you can't help but feel as though you've stepped through time into the golden age of Travel.Casa del Poeta is easily the best hotel experience I've ever had.Don't even consider staying elsewhere in Seville. Its close to everything you want to see, and gives the experience of old Sevilla.

Casa del Poeta, situated within a few minutes walk from the Real Alcázar and la Giralda in central Seville is conveniently located close to really good restaurants, tapas bars, shops and grocery stores. What impressed us the most with Casa del Poeta is how the quality of their service and their hospitality exceeded expectations and, in my view, better than some of the 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at.The hotel is really well-decorated and beautifully scented, especially the lovely garden which sometimes has live musicians too. The complimentary glasses of wines were also really appreciated, something chain hotels don’t really do these days. Our suite was lovely and cool with daily, complimentary fresh fruit – we really needed that since we visited Seville during a heatwave! On top of all of those positives, all members of staff were very helpful and friendly.Casa del Poeta really nailed the whole hospitality thing and is a shining example of what one should be like if in the hospitality industry. Outstanding boutique hotel!
