They contacted me via WhatsApp before 2:00 p.m. they sent me the code where you can enter the building, I arrived at 2:15 p.m. and no one answered the WhatsApp or the phone or the other optional phone to give me the room code, I had to leave with the suitcases. eat al rte, very bad.The answer was that my cell phone was silent and I was eating while there was a 24-hour customer service via phone or WhatsApp.At night I took the room with a terrace and at 11 p.m. the smoke from the downstairs neighbors rises, so since I am not a smoker and not being able to smoke in the rooms, I have to be without being able to enjoy the terrace or having the breeze from the morning. night to avoid swallowing the chimney of smoke from two people smoking, when I get up at 8 am, one wakes up fresh and eager for rays of sun and joy and freshness and I open the terrace and smoke again. I don't know why I pay a bonus for the terrace and they answer that people can smoke on the terrace since the hotel and rooms are smoke-free spaces.I leave the room at 9 a.m. I'm going to have breakfast and go sightseeing, bueco 11:45 and the room without having it and I couldn't get in because they were going to start doing it. I think the first thing is to clean the rooms of the guests who are still in the building and have left the sign to clean the room and not of the boneheads who have vacated the rooms.

Good location, very very clean, nice terrace. Feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel as there is just your room and a basic lobby.The noise is unacceptable though. Our room was literally at the reception desk and staff speak loudly in the mornings. You hear every foot-step of guests in the room upstairs too. Choose for location over tranquility.

We stayed for 4 nights at Ses 5 Claus. The hotel doesn’t serve buffet right now - instead they offer a voucher for a spanish style breakfast at a nearby bar - the reviews online aren’t good - but it is better than the reviews 🤣. The hotel is very close to the city center. There is free street parking close by. The room is nice, the bed rather small but we made it work. We had couple challenges, but the hotel owner made it work for us so I appreciated his customer service and willingness to help.

Wow! This is a right little gem in the very center of Ciutadella! Spacious rooms, well equiped, clean and friendly! Extreme good value for money.

Un placer quedarse en este pequeño hotel. Todo cuidado al detalle y muy cerca del casco viejo. Hay parking gratis en las calles de detrás. Lo recomendaré a mis amigos seguro!I loved staying here. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and well decorated. Breakfast had everything one would need including local products. I really liked the fact that it has only 5 rooms- it made me feel at home rather than a big hotel-chain. It is also very well located: A short walk to the old town and free parking nearby. I will definitely recommend it to friends.
