+ cool modern room design.+ fast and reliable internet.+ great staff.+ very good cleaning.+ quiet location close to city center (it's inside the so called "walls").- soft mattress, it was ok but I was hoping for a better one.- room size was a bit too small, it can be fine for few days.- sink in the room, too close to the window and its curtains.- towel bar was too low, so the towel almost touched the floor.- no chair in the room to sit comfortably.

The Kipos Suites are located very close to the "city's life". However, the neighbourhood is quiet, the streets nearby are rather narrow, with a lot of cats 😉 The staff was very nice. The room was super-clean and stylish. The only imperfection was an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchenette.

Beautiful hotel with very tasteful interior and exceptionally nice staff (both receptionists and cleaning staff).We had a room in the middle category. Big room and bathroom with heated towel rack, a shower with two types of shower heads.We had a free bottle of wine and a selection of coffee and tea in the room as we arrived.Very tasteful lighting (some areas were more pretty than functional, but I left feedback about it in the feedback forms), overall a nice room design.My personal favorite is always having a kitchenette in the room. This came with a full size fridge (not American full-size, but European), a Nespresso machine (I would have preferred a more environmentally friendly option, but it is what it is), an electric kettle, a toaster (like a small panini maker) and a hot plate. Even better: there was a SHARP cutting knife.Parking was right next to the hotel. Once you find the right street to access the parking lot, it isn't too bad to get there... but be advised to consider a small car - the city has very narrow streets.If I was looking for things to complain about, it would be that we had a ground floor balcony right next to the entrance. We were a little on display, but to be fair, there wasn't all that much foot traffic and we spent most of the time out and about instead of the balcony.Speaking of which: the city center is just a couple of walking minutes away. Everything is very walkable, there's cats everywhere (never on our balcony, though!), many bars and restaurants very close... but it was still far enough so you could get a good night's sleep. And if you slept in a little longer, there were not only curtains, but also proper shutters to keep the sun out.Next time we're in Heraklion, we're definitely coming back!

Very modern and cozy hotel in the middle of Heraklions City Centre. We stayed there two times during our stay in Crete and liked it very much. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are very spacious and well equipped with a kitchenette. Thank you again for the upgrade for our second stay the room was beautiful.

A hidden gem set in a quite and peaceful residential street a 5 minute walk from the city centre. Rooms are spotlessly clean and fully equipped (they even have Nespresso machines). Free private parking too opposite the property.
