Exceptional service! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Special thanks to the friendly lady who recommended an amazing restaurant and helped us with a room change, and to the warm-hearted gentleman who checked us in late at night.

We found this hotel by referral from another hotel that was overbooked, how lucky we were! This hotel is conveniently located in the city, close to restaurants, shopping and especial to the Archeological Museum, which is only a very short walk away. The room is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. And the service was excellent, especially the receptionist Anastasia, She is the best! Every time you walk in the door, she greets you cheerfully with that big smile on her beautiful face. On our arrival, she took a map out and circled all the interesting places, and gave very detailed information and directions. We came across some difficulties in printing out the boat tickets the night before we leave, and she worked so hard and tried everything she could to help us. It was late and her shift was ending soon, but she kept comforting us while working out the solutions. We were very impressed by her and the hotel, we will defiantly stay here again next time we are in town.

While this a pretty little hotel, I do not think it is a five star hotel.The 24 hr concierge was very helpful with information and requests. She was the best part of the experience.Rooms were pretty but cramped and small. A small shower stood in the corner of the bedroom. Thank goodness the toilet was in a separate room but you practically had to stand on the toilet to close and open the door.Location is tough right now. There is construction around the hotel so it isn't very pretty in the area. It is also loud very early in the morning with the work going on. Getting rides and taxis is a little tricky, given they can't pick you up or drop you off right in front of the hotel. Most of the restaurants more well known are located closer to the water, not near by. Shopping is close, though.There is no pool and they are not affiliated with any hotel that has one.The breakfast on the top floor is a tough sell. They keep the temp at 80 degrees F. They basically serve the same small charcuterie tray every morning with an extra offering of eggs made with anything on the charcuterie tray. The bar downstairs had very limited hours.

Breakfast is really nice with a view. Good flavors and coffee is good (espresso frappe)Room is spacious, wifi is fast. Very clean. Nice receptionist who helped us with recommendations and making phone calls for us.

Located in the center of Heraklion this hotel is the epitome of Greek hospitality.We were warmly welcomed by the staff and shown directly into our room.The room was clean, luxurious, spacious. Overall everything we were looking for with breathtaking views of the Port and the beautiful colours of the sunset.Everyone in the hotel made us feel at home and nothing was too much for them.Excellent breakfast, with local delicacies served daily from 7am till 11am.

This is a great hotel. We have got there by referral from the other hotel which was overbooked. And was it a great find! The hotel is very new, service is fantastic. Especially the staff at cafe at breakfast has been so helpful, tending to all our wishes. Good breakfast with very rich choices, and the coffee is superb. The location is very central. I think in summer it might be a bit noisy at night but it didn’t bother us in February with the windows closed. Few steps from the famed archeological museum, and the bus stop for Knossos palace. If you drive, using outside parking is needed, and be careful in choosing the right one for you.Overall, the hotel is a gem and I highly recommend it.

My stay here has been absolutely fantastic! ❤️☀️The room was SO big and spacious, so comfortable and luxurious, and at the same time so homey. I loved all the fancy details like the electrically opening curtains, and the massage shower.The location is fabulous, you can just walk everywhere and I felt like I never needed a map because it seemed all streets eventually lead back to this square.I loved being able to see the sea all the time.The breakfast is the best breakfast I’ve EVER had!! ❤️ and I’ve been to many places, I don’t say this lightly! It was something I looked forward to every single morning. 😊 I can highly recommend eating at Papi, the food was soooo good. It’s like a little peaceful haven in a buzzing city. Very good for HSPs.And most of all, the staff is amazing!! Everyone was always so kind and sweet, and especially Marialena was incredible. 💖 She always made me feel like I had a friend there, I felt very welcome and extra safe because of her.If I were her boss, I’d give her a raise because Marialena is someone who turns a hotel into a friendly home! 🥰

I really liked everything about this hotel, as did my wife.From the enthusiastic and helpful lady on the front desk, to the big, clean and interesting themed room. (Check out the website).The breakfast... Wow.The location was also excellent.As you can tell, I really liked this place. Look no further.

Amazing staff, really, doing everything so you'll be comfortable. The rooms are wonderful : spacious, clean, with a tablet so you can control the lights, the AC, the curtains etc, the shower is amazing. The balcony is also really nice.As soon as I got into my room, the receptionnist called me to make sure everything was accorded to my standards, which was a nice attention.There are some restaurants affiliated with the hotel, I did not go to the one on the rooftop but the one downstairs, where the food was excellent ! (Plus you get a discount since you're staying at the hotel)Breakfast was copious, and varied. Overall, it is expensive, but you will get a service that matches your expectations.

We were so happy we chose to stay here. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the included breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect - a 10 minute drive from the airport with a taxi stand opposite, across the road from the museum, and easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. If we were ever back in Heraklion we would stay here again!
