There are only good things to say about this hotel. Communication from Elia a few days before my arrival was outstanding—he made sure transportation to the hotel was arranged and that the check-in process would be seamless and easy after a long trip. The location was perfect: just far enough from the busy streets to be peaceful, yet still close to all the major attractions. The room was extremely comfortable, the bed was excellent, the bathroom was modern, and the attention to detail throughout was truly impressive. I definitely recommend staying here.

An Exceptional Stay at Ninfea Luxury Suites – Highly Recommended!I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Ninfea Luxury Suites, and it was truly an outstanding stay! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean suites. Everything feels brand new, with high-quality furnishings and a fresh, inviting atmosphere. The rooms are bright, elegant, and impeccably maintained, making it a perfect retreat for a relaxing stay in Venice.The location is fantastic—set in a quiet yet central area, just a 5-minute walk (450 meters) from St. Mark’s Square and the main shopping district. It’s also surrounded by great restaurants and charming cafés, so finding a lovely spot to dine is effortless. Plus, it’s conveniently close to the Giglio and Accademia public water taxi stations, making transportation easy. If you prefer a private water taxi, it drops you just a 2-3 minute walk from the suites—super convenient!Beyond the stunning property, what truly sets Ninfea apart is the exceptional hospitality from the owners and staff. The owners are incredibly kind and thoughtful—one of them even walked me to the water taxi station to make sure I got on the right boat. Their staff member, Keldi, was absolutely wonderful—she went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in, even waiting beyond office hours to make sure I felt comfortable and safe. Her kindness and assistance truly made my stay extra special.While breakfast is not provided, there is a kitchen downstairs available for guests, and plenty of excellent cafés nearby for a morning coffee. The suites also offer complimentary coffee and tea amenities, which is a thoughtful touch.One thing worth mentioning is that the photos on some booking sites don’t fully capture how bright and inviting the rooms actually are—in reality, they feel even more modern, fresh, and luxurious.If you’re looking for a private, beautifully designed, and well-located boutique stay in Venice, I highly recommend Ninfea Luxury Suites. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this is an amazing choice for a comfortable and memorable stay.⭐ 10/10 – Would definitely return!

This hotel is a 10/10 recommendation!It’s located in the quiet part of Venice, which we were worried about since people walk all over the city here. No noise throughout the night even when we left the window open for cold air to come in.The room was fantastic! It was very clean, reliable wifi, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very spacious with a very big shower. They have a closet to store your clothes and plenty of space to leave your luggage around.The staff, Kardi, was EXTREMELY accommodating and answered all of our questions in short matter of time. She even gave us recommendations for places to eat around the area as well as helped us with travel accommodations. It is very foreign friendly and we will definitely be booking with them when we come back to Venice. Thank you!I strongly recommend here!

Best location! So private & clean. I am very lucky when I travel. I prefer a king size bed, cleanliness,A/C etc.. this would be the only place I would consider staying when traveling to Venice. It’s tucked back away so it was very quiet, yet SO close to everything! Only a few rooms (6-8?) we stayed in the Dahlia which had a great view of the canal. The rooms was VERY clean! The bed was cozy. Steam shower was amazing after all the walking. I think I only saw 2 quests my entire stay.. Ellia who is the manager of this family owned business is beyond helpful! Helped me arrange transportation. ( the private water taxi experience was stellar ) he gave recommendations for places to visit, eat etc.. He and Kandi the other employee sent many links to follow and made sure we were constantly informed of next steps for check-in etc.. oh, he even brought cappuccino to my room and offered champagne when leaving. It was so peaceful to stay there. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking and reading reviews on locations. Cannot wait to go back and stay. We were gone 19 days all over Spain/italy this was the best place we stayed.

We had such a lovely stay at Ninfea Luxury Suites. Our room was so spacious and beautiful. The building and rooms have been designed so well. Spacious and modern while still preserving historic details. The location is great—just around the corner from Teatro La Fenice—BUT visitors should arrange a private water taxi ahead of time, and the folks at the hotel can help you do that! It’s a very long walk from the train station if you have luggage. I think it is a family run hotel, and everyone was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!
