Truly comfortable location, Giovanna the owner is a truly extraordinary person.Excellent breakfast, excellent services, very central location, welcoming and brand new structure. Also the SPA to use. Possibility of having a transfer from Malta airport.

The Battistini Boutique Living and Spa, run by Giovanna and her husband, is a small and lovely managed hotel. There are a total of 8 beautifully and modernly furnished rooms with fridge, water, coffee, tea and hairdryer. It is well situated in a side street, perfect for those looking for peace and silence. However, after a 5-10 min walk you reach the city centre with restaurants and some small shops. The bus station for excursions is also only a few minutes away. At breakfast you get all kinds of freshly prepared treats like omelette, pancakes or a very tasty frittata with spinach. There is a small gym and a pool on the roof to cool off. We liked the Battistini very much and can recommend it without hesitation.

A decent place to stay with affordable pricing. Rooms are of good quality with brand new furnishings. They provide most of the accessories such as clean towels, bathing gowns, disposable slippers, toiletries etc. The roof comes with a decent sized pool. The main commercial centre of Victoria is just walking distance. Overall a great place for short stays.

Battistini is a small family-run hotel. And it shows. We were greeted personally on arrival and shown around all the facilities by Giovanna. There is an evident pride in the care the owners give to the place, as there should be after many years of watching their dream project take shape and finally start to operate.The hotel is a restored and enlarged Rabat house, on a quiet street two corners away from one of the main town squares. Parking was not an issue, though make sure you have your parking clock on display in the morning.The rooms are spotless, quiet and well equipped including a safe, an electric kettle, tea bags, instant coffee and also a coffee machine with environmentally friendly paper pods. There is a small pool area on the roof, while the basement hosts a gym and sauna (which we did not use). The breakfast room is downstairs too, has ample space, and a choice of inside or outside seating. Breakfast choice needs to be made by the previous evening from a choice of 6 mains which include several vegetarian and a vegan option. Service was prompt and the buffet allowed free flowing coffee and tea, bread, cakes, yoghurt and cereal.All round, well done! If you are travelling to Gozo, looking for a place with a personal touch and would prefer to reward the locals for their restoration efforts, I would strongly recommend Battistini.

This is def home away from home, BUT in a boutique hotel feel. Everything about this Hotel was amazing!The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful and everything is of great quality, very clean and comfortable.Don't forget to spend some time in the spa and gym area!!!! There is a lovely Sauna and Jacuzzi and a massage/facial can be organized as well. Drinks on the rooftop by the pool...with the most beautiful sunsets and fireworks when there are feasts...absolutely beautiful!!!!The food is also of a very high standard and more than enough!!! Top level chefs!!!This hotel is 2 streets away from the center of Victoria. It is an easy walk and beautiful architecture for the people that love taking pictures. Amazing restaurants and shops around the corner. Citadel is probably the main attraction in Victoria...do visit it during the evenings as well.We came as guests and left as friends!!!!A place you will def think about when you leave and plan on going back!
