Rooms are not like what was describedWe where seven with an old ladyThe room was in two levels and the stairs where not that friendly to climbRoom smells like an indian restaurantAnd the location was in the middle of a hill so it wasnt easy for my mom to walkThe location is good near to alot of shops and restaurants right at the end of the streetThe receptionist lady was a Tunisian whom she was so nice and helpful

We were abruptly mired here for almost two-months during the initial mayhem of Covid-19. Had a fantastic and very comfortable stay in the upper-duplex unit with lovely rooftop views over the checkered cobbled roofs of Istanbul city.The entrance may be discreet due to the older architecture of the buildings in the Sisli neighbourhood, but that is part of its charm. The very friendly reception minders also made our stay very pleasant during what was the most uncertain of times.Highly recommended for longer term stays and also families/couples who prefer apart-hotels with cooking facilities.

Location is perfect. 2 minutes walk to Osmanbet Metro Station and bus stops. Very kind staff. Confortable rooms with all eguipments. You can stay even long term.

Greetings beddington familyWe stayed from the 1st to the 6th of OctoberBefore we visited the hotel I was having cold feet because I only been going with hotelBut as soon as we arrived the check in was at 03:00 pm and we were there around 09:00 am and we didn’t have a problem waiting till check in , but dear Mr chaglar was so kind that he checked us in a few momentThat’s was unexpected…we got apartment no:9 at the 3rd floor it was more than enough for us and it was genuinely clean it had everything we need and don’t need to be honest and that what made us feel really comfortableThe hotel provide you with lots of servicesLike1 helping you with your orders via local delivery apps or just calling the restaurant itselfAnd laundry , Taxi services , providing you with info and much moreThe staff are1:the Big and sweet boss Mrs iman who made me feel welcomed and safeAnd she’s can speak Ar,En,Tr,Fr2: Mr Caglar kind and clever guyHe speaks En,tr3: Mr Firas is a quite respectful guyHe speaks Ar,En,tr4: not all hero’s wear capes Big M aka not Murat he was my life saver during the nightsThe staff are clever and ambitious and really respectful, and will do anything to helpAnd finally, I’m gonna be talking about the location. Rented a one bedroom apartment for 3 nights. Nice, clean and warm.The staff are just amazing, Iman and Feras will always go the extra mile to help you. Most importantly they are honest with the guests.
