While traveling with my husband in Italy we stayed 2 nights at Caaa Baglioni Milan. Once again the people who make the magicfor us never fail. Giselle was most welcoming, with the smile and most willing to accommodate!’ thank you Giselle! The people who helped us from the second we arrived, Christian, one of them, was most accommodating. When we would leave our room and before we had a chance to press the button of the elevator, he already pressed for us. Amazing service really!! And finally, the roomservice at the restaurant really surpassed my expectations by far!’ his name is Mihai and the way he was willing to make sure we are not hungry and the presentation of the food was beyond any room service in the world and, trust me, my husband and I traveled the world. thank you Casa Baglioni for making us feel welcome and home! Happy New Year!’

Wonderful hotel. Could not have chosen a better hotel in Milan. So close to the best shopping and restaurants (eat at Sadler, their own Michelin restaurant). The rooms were perfect. Everything was exactly as it should be. Service was thoughtful and thorough. The only suggestion I have is to have washcloths for guests in the rooms. Tiny but necessary. Overall we absolutely loved it.

Casa Baglioni is truly a home away from home, the service is exemplary, the staff really knows and understands its guests. Perfect location walkable to everything that is significant in Milano yet quietly tucked away. The building's architecture is astounding and a moment must be taken to observe its beauty.

The breakfast is quite good, it provides from the kitchen dishes such a eggs and bacon/sausages.Its shower is great, it is big and its water temperature remains the same after you change it to the one you want. The bed is very comfortable too, slept well. However, I have some suggestions that I wish the hotel would out into consideration.Firstly, the reception. It would be better to have a proper reception counter instead of sitting down on the sofas in the main hall to check in. That would feel more formal and more professional.Secondly, the rooms. Please put the sofas and chair directly in front of the television. Some rooms have television without seats in front, and if you lie on the bed to watch it, it would be from the side and very uncomfortable. Please put these suggestions into consideration it would make this hotel experience a much better one.
