We were looking for wellness, and I found it here. Starting with the place, it's spectacular from the air to the views, not to mention the two incredible walks we took. The restaurant service was very friendly and professional. I liked that they noticed I also speak Spanish, and they chatted with me on the second day. Being vegan, I didn't get bored with the food, and the menu was very good. The rooms were up to a 5-star hotel standard, from cleanliness to comfort. I can't forget about the spa; it was incredible.

We have been visiting the Cyprianerhof since 2007 and it is our favourite place to visit again and again. The property has a wonderful balance of being modern with a classic and comfortable feel. The rooms are beautifully done in clean lines with captivating views and their eco-products in the bath/shower area are really nice. The spa is gorgeous with a skilled staff that make your sessions perfect. The dining room has been thoughtfully laid out so there are some more intimate spaces for two or four people paired with larger areas for the more robust groups who come to stay. The food was incredibly flavourful, plated beautifully and the culinary team catered to all tastes by having many options of the same or similar dishes with perfect portion sizes which left us satiated. The entire staff from the front desk, to housekeeping, to servers to the culinary team are outstanding and ready to offer suggestions or help as you need it. We enjoyed everything about our stay and look forward to visit when we can bring our friends to share the experience of this stunning place.

The approach was relatively relaxed if you can handle a lot of curves, otherwise you should look ahead in the car. When we arrived, we parked in front of the entrance. We received a very friendly welcome and were offered to have our suitcases carried into the room. Then we had to park the car in the garage. This is easier said than done, as the way to the garage was very badly signposted we only found it after 10 mins, it was right next door. The swimming pool is very small for a 4 star hotel. The room was very nice and made of wood. The bathroom was also made of stone. The food was also very good, but sometimes I didn't get my fill, so I stuffed my stomach with ice cream and fruit. If you want to do fitness in the hotel it is no problem, there are two fitness rooms, one with gymnastics equipment, the other with balls and towels hanging from the ceiling and a big mirror in front of it. I also really liked the climbing hall, you could use it on your own because you attach yourself to a kind of winch and if you fall down, you "descend" slowly. At the beginning, it was a bit difficult to find your way around, as there were many rooms and exits in the basement. There were also offers that were free of charge, such as the snowshoe hike towards the mountains. As a teenager, you can't leave the Wi-Fi out of the equation - there's not much to say YouTube videos can be watched smoothly in full HD and there was reception everywhere in the room (10.02 Mbps download speed and 0.87 Mbps upload speed, the ping was 4ms.. The price we paid for an extended weekend was quite high, it was very nice that they gave us a discount because the whirlpool in the room was broken. In conclusion, I must say that the weekend was very nice. But I would not come again because of the high price.

I stayed here last week for 2days. Nice room, big wellness area with indoor & outdoor pool and few types of sauna. Seems the hotel was just reopened so not much people staying there. With spectacular view facing the Rosengarten, i liked to sit outside to having a drink and looking at the mountain. However, was a bit disappointed about the food...breakfast had just a few choices and dinner at average tastewise...was expected a better food experience...
