Very nice, expensive but worth the money. Especially if you're treating yourself for a special occasion

We had a nice large apartment with a separate living room, kitchen/dining area, bedroom, lots of wardrobe space and a good-sized bathroom. Location is pretty good and not far to walk to Plaza Mayor or to go to museums.But, the park right in front of the building has unsavory delinquents hanging around every night, smoking away or making quite a lot of noise - so much so that the police come almost nightly to check on them and quieten them down.The apartment itself also has no cooking oil or paper towels or cling wrap or aluminum foil or instructions to use the kitchen appliances, aircon/heater or washing machine (no dryer, only a foldable drying rack). You have to ask the reception for laundry pods as there were none provided in the apartment. No clothes pegs or a full length mirror for such a large apartment. No standard news cable channels.Note: there's no option to renew towels for free, you have to pay €5 (or €7, depending who you ask as sometimes, the staff at the reception is also not sure!)The small reception is at the top of a long flight of stairs and you will have to carry your luggage up/down yourself.There's only one staff on duty at the small reception, so even though it's 24/7, if they are called away - you'll just have to patiently wait - We had to wait for about 30mins to check in as a couple arrived just before us and were requesting to change rooms. So it's hard to comment about the level of service as no one was around when we left/returned to the apartment most times.Tip: There is a 24/7 Carrefour just across the park. This is a good pick-up/drop-off point for cabs.Overall, nice large apartments but not fully equipped.

Very good location within walking distance of the Royal Palace, San Miguel Market, Retiro Park and Gran via.Large spacious rooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a washing machine.Near the hotel 24 hour Carrefure

Very nice place clean well decorated in a very central location. Suitable for families has dishwasher and washing machine. Has 24 hours reception very helpful and in general it's an excellent choice if you want a central place to stay.

Fantastic “hotel” in a great location. The park outside has a pretty flower market and some cafes, also a good amount of bums but that’s city living. We stayed with out two kiddos and it was awesome. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion (unlike many we have been in). Tons of space and includes a washing machine!
