We had a wonderful stay! It was just over the river which was nice to be outside of the city. Close to the gardens and the bridges. Giulia’s place is very comfortable. She prepares delicious breakfasts each morning. A great way to start your day! Our stay was very relaxing after a day of walking miles in and about the city. Even though our room had an external bathroom it was private, very clean and a great shower. There are the stairs, however it was very manageable and we loved stopping at the bench halfway. Giulia was so accommodating with recommendations and questions. She is a gem!

A very pleasant B&B with beautifully decorated rooms. A place with charm and character. Very clean.Ideally located, close to everything yet peaceful. Lovely view from the Havana room.Excellent breakfast and a thoughtful touch for a birthday; without even asking, the owner saw the date on my passport.Very pleasant common areas. Kitchen available with drinks and snacks, a lovely terrace, and a small play area for children. A lot of taste and attention to detail!

I'm very sorry, the staff was very helpful but the bathrooms outside the rooms are a serious flaw at least in my personal experience, especially if it is next to the kitchen where in the morning there were guests and cleaning services... the positioning of the bathrooms and rooms should be reviewed a little to avoid creating problems.... This is clearly a constructive criticism.

We stayed one night at B&B Fuordarno with an 8-month-old baby. It's located on the top floor of a historic building overlooking the river with views of Giotto's bell tower, the tower of the Palazzo Vecchio, and the dome of the cathedral (perfect, very convenient location). The room and bathroom are beautiful, clean, and simple, beautifully furnished with recycled materials. There's a kitchen (with wine, water, juice, spirits, fruit, and biscuits always available, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator) and a sitting area with books and games, a closet with essentials, a hairdryer, mosquito repellent, an iron, and other items for every need. The owners, two incredibly kind and helpful sisters, let us leave our luggage until the afternoon after we checked out and use the kitchen to feed the baby. The breakfast was superb, sweet and savory, served on a trolley directly in the room or in the kitchen for those who wish.I hope to return and highly recommend it!

We stayed 2 nights at FuordArno and found it such a peaceful haven, located on the south bank of the Arno a short walk from both the Uffizi Galleries and the Santo Spirito cathedral. Although you must climb 3 flights of stairs to reach the B&B, you’re greeted at the top by the lovely and welcoming Giulia and Carolina. They provided us with an excellent breakfast each day as well as tips about the surrounding area, including quickly responding to questions on WhatsApp about the best hours to visit a local market and sharing advice on how to get to the airport on a rainy day. The rooms are large, peaceful, and very clean. The showers have excellent water pressure and the tap water is drinkable so you don’t have to keep buying bottled water every day! There is a kitchen with drinks, snacks, etc. available at all hours, including homemade cookies, an espresso machine, and assorted teas. A very enjoyable home base to explore the south bank of the Arno!

Ugh, such a beautiful place with wonderful decorations and magnificient furniture. The host is so friendly and welcoming and there's homemade biscuits, cakes, and others daily in the kitchen for those who want to try some local baking! The breakfast is fresh, varied, and generous. It really reminded me of getting a full Irish breakfast during my B&B stays in rural Ireland. Such a lovely way to start the day!The location is quite close to town, but just across the river from the busiest parts of Florence which was nice when we needed a break during the day. The only thing worth noting is there's a lot of stairs so beware if you have big bulky bags that you're going to have to lug through up multiple flights of stairs!I'm writing this from my very comfy bed on our last night of our stay here and I'm so sad to be leaving T_T I really hope that we'll be back sooner rather than later!

Stayed 2 nights 17/18th September 24 for our first trip to Florence and we couldn't have chosen a better location, 5-10 minutes to everything, but also quieter than in the centre.Rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean, although next time I'd get a room away from the bathrooms as opening and closing of doors can be a nuisance.Carolina and Giulia were delightful and couldn't do enough to make your stay a memorable one.Breakfast was excellent and very filling and again, nothing was too much trouble.

Great location, 3rd floor no elevator, room with a view of a narrow courtyard, very claustrophobic, service good, breakfast on a narrow balcony in a courtyard, parking very expensive - €70 per day!!

A lovely, warm and welcoming place to stay in Florence! The hosts are kind and make you feel right at home. The location is great - away from some of the overly tourist-y center but still steps away from anything you’d like to see. Can’t recommend this home away from home highly enough!

We stayed at FuordArno for our honeymoon in Florence. We were in the “New York” suite and it had everything we could have needed. Big room with a beautiful view of Florence city centre. The hotel is in the perfect location - just a short walk over the bridge into the city centre. Couldn’t have asked for better!Carolina and Giulia were incredible hosts. Very kind and helpful. Carolina went out of her way to incorporate little amenities such as a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates to celebrate our honeymoon.Breakfast was wonderful and the kitchen facilities made you feel like you were at home (homemade orange juice and cakes were constantly available). We cannot thank them enough for such a wonderful stay.

Had the most amazing week long stay here. It’s very central and easy to get to and slightly less touristy. There’s a cute garden in the front as well and it’s right along the river. There are a few flights of stairs to reach the top. The kitchen and communal fridge is great and you can store snacks inside. There is also a full breakfast every morning to be taken in your room or the kitchen. There’s a little terrace off of the kitchen as well. Some rooms have en-suite bathrooms and others are a short walk down the hall. Had no issues with privacy and my bathroom wasn’t connected. Carolina and Giulia know the city well and have great recommendations. They also really care about the place and do everything they can to make your stay wonderful. Cannot wait to return!
