We are a bit on the fence on whether we would recommend the place or not. It is certainly beautiful and in a great location but it seems that since restructuring the maintenance and service did not keep up. Perhaps we came during an unlucky week but there were a few issues: 1) the room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled like it 2) the hammam - one of the reasons we chose this place - was out of order for the entire stay, we were not warned ahead of arriving nor was any measure taken to address this 3) the pool on the rooftop was not clean, on the day we would have loved to take a dip we couldn't because of algae, dust, and flies in the water 4) the terrace was left without any cushions/loungers half the time, so there were days we had nowhere to seat but the ground 4) It was not clear to us from the pictures - could be our mistake - that the toilet is IN the bedroom, with a very flimsy curtain as separation, 5) the doors must be original and they are beautiful, but they provide no insonorisation whatsoever and we could hear people coming and going as well as staff making calls on loudspeaker well into the night 6) it got quite cold in the evening once or twice but the fireplaces were not used, we had friends in other riads who said theirs were on 7) staff members were friendly and kind, but they seemed not to be prepared to offer a careful service to guests, e.g. watching videos on loudspeaker during breakfast, leaving the riad during the reception opening times for over an hour, making a reservation for us only to find out at the restaurant that there was no reservation, and on the last day they did not offer to leave a to-go breakfast in the fridge as we had an early flight but kindly agreed to after we asked only to forget to do it, 8) breakfast itself was limited to the variety/quantity decided by the hotel, I would have preferred more fruit and less bread and no cereal for example but there we didn't have a choice.What makes a place memorable to us is half how it looks and half how attentive the service is. And while the place looked very nice, we were did not feel very well taken care of. Our expectations might be high, but hopefully this is something that will improve as they have been open for a short time.

Friendly people around, amazing breakfast and beautiful surroundings. Had a beautiful room but with some noise from the neighbors, a bit of a bad smell and limited daylight (and the room was quite expensive for Moroccan standards). Next to that - super pretty place.

What to say.....Great vibe, energy, history.....a hidden gem where not only the place is fantastic but all the people that run it....great soul, smile, kindness, passion to details.....it's a pretty new Riad that is already 10/10 but soon it will get the laude too:)

Such a magical wonderful experience at this beautifully designed Riad in a great central location in the Medina. In the middle of all the intensity and excitement of the Medina but a complete silent oasis once you are inside. Great rooftop area with a small pool and restaurant, perfect for soaking up the vibe of Marrakech and watching the sunset. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back! Staff is super friendly and treat you like family. Lots of love at this place!
