Perfect place for a vineyard stay, recommend to take the package with wine tasting and dinner, it’s a perfect bundle! Love the view, atmosphere and people there! I would definitely visit again if I happen to be looking around for another vineyard stay in the region, in future!

We stayed at Tenuta Le Cave quite a long time ago, on a friend's recommendation, and got to say it was forgettable. Firstly the positives, the views over the Italian hills are magnificent and with it being remote you can unwind and relax in the pool. We also did a dinner with wine tasting paired with it, which was enjoyableSo sadly now for the negative side of our stay. In our room, the air conditioning wasn't working and in the heat of the Italian summer that is surely a bare minimum guests should expect. On raising this issue, the receptionist said it would be sorted. It never was.As others have seemingly done we paid for access to the spa/sauna. Felt as if they don't particularly care about its upkeep and its an inconvenience to get it up to temperature. Given we are quite an active couple we wanted to head out one day to explore the area and do some walking. On asking the receptionist there for any advice or local routes she didn't have a clue on what to suggest/recommend to us. Quite disappointing to see how dismissive she was of us but we still managed to find somewhere beautiful to walk.Lastly the one that really astonished me was after coming back from the walk we went to have a small picnic on the gardens of the hotel. I went to the restaurant and picked up some napkins and didn't think much of it, which I then returned. When I raised my disappointment at the hotel for some of the other parts they openly accused me stealing napkins! This place could be absolutely wonderful if their staff and their service improved considerably.

Great location, with a panoramic view over the valley. But the best thing, far better then the view and the wonderful room design, were the people working there. From the youngest cleaning lady to the receptionist(s) and the sommelier, everyone gave us a perfect interaction and experience. Kudos to the one who selected them, the team is one of the best I have seen in the hospitality world. Worth going there, for sure!

I was very disappointed in my stay. I booked two nights here with the intention of having a full day of relaxation which was not possible. The positive:The location was lovely, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was polite (although dismissive). The breakfast was good. I also enjoyed the wine tasting. The big issue:There were construction noises from 10am to 4pm. Further, there was a truck parked on the lawn in front of my room on and off for most of the day. They seemed to be using the truck for some hydraulic work. I ended up staying in my room for most of the day to block out some of the noise. I didn't bother using the pool as it was very loud outside. I couldn't even enjoy the view from my room as it was blocked by a truck. When I brought up the issue with staff on the day, I was brought a glass of prosecco. At checkout, when asked how my stay was I indicated my disappointment. The staff at checkout said that it was their day off yesterday so they didn't see it. I asked them if a full day of construction was common, to which they replied "sometimes".The little things:I requested two beds (confirmed over the phone). The staff had to separate the bed into two beds after we checked in.For dinner, they never brought the wine I ordered and one of the dishes served was wrong. They corrected the dish when the mistake was mentioned but I never got my glass of wine. The spa was very underwhelming. If it was included in the price it would be ok but definitely not worth the extra charge. The sauna was nice but the steam room and whirlpool were only moderately warm. The tile bench in the steam room was very cold to sit on.The bed is in the middle of the room and not attached to the headboard. When you try to sit up in bed to look out the window to see the view, the headboard moves away from the bed.Overall, I would not recommend this location if you want to spend time relaxing at the hotel.

Great overall experience! We did the wine tasting with Franco and it was amazing. His approach to the experience was unique and gave clients an opportunity to explore the wine while also refining their palate. All the staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. The restaurant was also very good and had a varied and well-priced menu.

A dreamy experience! Beautiful scenery, gorgeous rooms, very friendly staff, good biological wine, good food! We stayed for 2 nights - had the dining experience one night and enjoyed the wine tasting with regular dinner the second night. Both were amazing! Our sommelier Franco was the best! All staff members were very helpful and warm.
