At Vila Nepos, each room is decorated with the finest in luxury antiques, emulating that found in the palaces of imperial Croatia. The roman stone walls are still visible throughout all the rooms and create a warm and lavish atmosphere.
The suit is inspired by a time when these streets were under Venetian rule. Antique armour and weaponry are on display the living room has a one of a kind view of the Silver Gate of Diocletian’s Palace. Rich red velvet adorns the bedroom to amplify this regal space.
The Legatus suite is a second-floor suite with two bedrooms that have ensuite bathrooms. The Italian Murano stained glass windows open up to exquisite views of the cathedral. This suite is inspired by the Italian militant era that reigned over Split and can be seen throughout from the artwork to the authentic finishing.
On the third floor, a spacious double suite awaits guests. The suite overlooks the famous St. Domnius Cathedral from the living room. Both rooms have walk-in closets and spacious bathrooms with rain showers. The medieval antiques and the luxurious linens are tied together through their warm tones and comfy nature.
The fourth floor houses the romantic Centurion suite with cathedral ceilings and dramatic drapery. The windows overlook the cathedral but guests can also catch a glimpse of the ocean from this vantage point. The original Roman walls are exposed and frame the centuries-old artworks that adorn the walls.
This wing of the hotel dates back to Napoleonic times when it was home to the Governor of Split. It is in the Cindro baroque palace and is a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The rich red walls are complemented by authentic terracotta tiles and ties in with the view of Diocletian’s Palace’s western gate.
A 2-level luxury residence that overlooks the west entrance of Diocletian’s Palace and the awe-inspiring People’s square. The suite blends contemporary and medieval designs and the marble staircase and exposed Roman walls add dignified grandeur to the suite. Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and the central living room area has plush luxurious furniture where all the guests can enjoy the apartment’s art as well as the great views.
