We were pleased with our stay at Eitch Borromini. The location cannot be beat, as it’s right off the Piazza Navona and centrally located to most Rome tourist destinations. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars all very close by. The room was small, but as a New Yorker, I’ve stayed in smaller rooms in Manhattan - it’s a trade off for being in the city center. The bathroom was large relative to the room and very clean. All staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was a bit unimpressive and opted to go to some of the local cafes after the first day. Great stay, thank you!

There was a terrible noise of renovations when we got the room, but finally the management realized that we were suffering from the noise, and upgraded us to the best suite in the hotel... And this is also a fundamental change in our feeling and our pleasure. A hotel that knows how to take responsibility and take care of malfunctions. An excellent hotel in all respects..

Great location close to many important landmarks that are must-visits in Rome. Room was spacious and lovely, bed was super comfy I slept like a baby. Got the room with a view and I could sit by the window all night just enjoying the view with wine. I didn’t get to experience breakfast and the rooftop bar due to the timing, but will definitely stay again to experience them. Bathroom is huge and I love that they had a heated towel rail. Such a good touch. Reception was very friendly and welcoming, and super helpful. They sorted out my transport very quickly as I needed a taxi last minute. There’s also a nice restaurant close by, called Virginiae, serving very authentic Roman food and nice ambience. Enjoyed my short time in Rome.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my visit to Rome, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. First and foremost, the location is fantastic - it's conveniently situated near all the important places in Rome, making it a breeze to explore the city.I must commend Manuel, one of the receptionists, for his exceptional assistance. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and his kindness was truly refreshing. The room was kept impeccably clean, which is always appreciated. However, I found the room to be a tad less cozy than I had hoped for. On the other hand, the bathroom was modern and stylish, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. The only slight hiccup was with breakfast. It was the same every day, and I was a bit disappointed that one of the staff members didn't mention the option of having breakfast on the terrace. We ended up having breakfast in a small room, which felt a bit claustrophobic. It was only the next morning that we discovered the breathtaking panoramic view from the terrace, which would have made our breakfast experience even more delightful. On a brighter note, the rooftop restaurant offers an incredible view that's not to be missed. All in all, it was a pleasant stay with just a few minor hiccups, and I would certainly consider returning in the future.

Beautiful hotel in the center of the city. Hospitality was excellent and I appreciated that there was always a hotel employee at the hotel entrance at night, it definitely gave the hotel a very secure feeling. I would stay here again if I’m fortunate enough to travel back to Rome.

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed the hotel location, rooftop bar and the friendly staff. Our room was very large and had a pull out couch in the living room. I was very grateful for the toiletries (hair conditioner and body lotion). So many hotels have stopped supplying this. The hotel art work is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The only suggestion I can make would be to have a USB outlet in the room, perhaps a separate box on the nightstand. It was unfortunate to have to leave my phone on the ground at the other end of the room to charge.Nonetheless it was an exceptional stay.

Stayed there for 4 nights with my family. Smooth checkin. Very helpful reception staff. Room was great. We had a suite room. Was very big and well lit. The only drawback . Very poor Wifi and the TV just did not work. The breakfast spread was mediocre. Otherwise the hotel was superb, very well located from all major attractions and right on piazza navona. A excellent hotel worth recommending.

Highly recommend, definitely worth the money. Breakfast is (surprisingly) great for an included buffet - eggs were awesome, fresh food, great specialty coffee included. Location is perfect for vacation. Staff is super helpful and nice.
We stayed here last summer on our first trip to Rome. The hotel is amazing—we were in the Pamphili Suite and were just thrilled with our accommodations. Our window overlooked the Four Rivers Fountain and the Piazza Navona. The hotelStaff service was superior in every way. We especially enjoyed our time on the rooftop in the evening. Even though we were in the heart of Rome, in a very busy area, our room was fairly quiet and very comfortable. A++ on all points from our experience! Bravi, tutti!
