The location is excellent, close to everything. 10 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and the markets directly below.The rooms are of a reasonable size and have insulation. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is upon request. The type of breakfast is intercontinental and the receptionists are very helpful. The hotel is on a side street, better than the hassle of buses and cars, and the experience was good 🌸

This is the second Room Mate hotel we’ve stayed in (the first was Barcelona). The Room Mate Gran Filippo is excellent! The service is top notch.The staff was warm and friendly in greeting us, and once we checked in they carried our suitcases up to our room separately. This allowed us to relax after a long day of travel. The little touches upon arrival– such as the chocolates in the room, and a phone call from the front desk asking about the conditions of the room– create a welcoming feeling. Gran Filipino also: helped arrange a taxi to the airport, provided charging adapters (when we were desperately in need!) etc. Overall the hotel was very helpful.And all for a reasonable price!

What an amazing place. We love Roommate Hotels. They brought out a muffin with a candle on my husbands birthday🎉. The room was great and was big for our family if 3, wonderful location. Walking distance to a lot.
