Celebrate extravagance and indulge in superb french cuisine at the Le Parc Franck Putelat Boutique Hotel

With comfortable beds and private terraces, the Le Parc Franck Putelat is an invitation for relaxation away from reality. The boutique hotel is an addition to the celebrated two-Michelin-starred restaurant by chef Franc Putelat, where he explores authentic french flavours and blends them with elements from different terroirs and cultures, creating a unique and mesmerising menu.

After dining at the boutique hotel’s exquisite restaurant, Le Parc Franck Putelat takes you on a journey through peace and modern leisure. Unwind inside your private jacuzzi on the terrace of your room and breath in the fresh air of Southern France.

Sleep over soft bed linens and indulge in an in-room breakfast as you watch over the medieval greenery of Carcassonne. Later, take a stroll through the citadel’s labyrinths and soak into the rich history of one of Europe’s last surviving medieval cities.

The hotel summons your need to de-stress. It is a call to let go of your worries and give in to aromatic and scrumptious foods, comfortable and pleasing retro design, and decadent history in one of the most remarkable European cities.

We ate at the 2 Michelin starred restaurant which consisted of a four course meal that was delicious. Amazing wine selection.

We ate in the restaurant and left disappointed. The amuses bouches were very nice, celebrating every essence that they contained. But the main course and desert were lacking in size and imagination. Instead we were given two bread courses to fill our empty stomaches, one with oil and one with three types of butter. Too expensive and too many Michelin stars.

I highly recommend the restaurant la table de Frank Putelat. The setting is beautiful, we were sitting outside in their gorgeous garden of wild flowers and splendid arrangements. You can tell I am going to run out soon of superlatives, that’s how great this place is.The cuisine is innovative, elegant, refined, and beautifully presented, with fairly generous portions for the main dish despite being haute cuisine. My 10 year old son does not like rabbit or mussels, and truly enjoyed a dish that combined both! The staff is also phenomenal, discreet, professional, and polite.Highly recommended, this meal truly made our visit in Carcassonne special.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with a wonderful meal and experience. Over a well paced meal with excellent variety and quality we experienced the fresh local food of the region. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The seating was well designed amongst the tranquil garden.

Incredible experience. Top notch service. Impeccable food.
We treat ourselves to a romantic getaway at Le Parc de Franck Putelat and the big menu at La Table de Franck Putelat every year. Both are always exquisite. This year we chose the Jacuzzi Suite and the lunch seating, and both were great choices. I walked up the hill to La Cité for an evening stroll, and it was magical without the summer crowds. Little munchies in the room covered dinner — we were still full from lunch — and a Jacuzzi under the stars capped off a perfect day. Breakfast the next morning served to prolong the pleasure.Book early for the best choice of rooms. This is a small intimate hotel.Service in the restaurant and hotel is attentive and professional.

Do not trust the negative reviews. This is one of the most creative French chefs outside of Paris. The experience was absolutely sublime. We had the "Classic-Fiction" menu, in which the chef re-imagines classic French dishes, with different ingredients and always with a twist. The Parmentier has been named one of the most creative dishes of the year by the Michelin guide. The reimagined Bouillabaisse (with foie gras! a superb combination) and the Cassoulet (with pigeon!) are to die for.I'd highly recommend the hotel as well. Very spacious contemporary rooms with large terraces. Order breakfast on your terrace, it's an absolute treat.Definitely a place I plan to visit again!

Amazing restaurant and really nice hotel. We had diner over there, and it was really delicious. The menu is worth many compliments. French cuisine, no big twist, quite classical, but really well executed. Safe bet if you're in the area. Just a bit expensive — obviously.
