Ederlezi Living incorporates the best of bohemian traditions in the vibrant Psyrri

Ederlezi Living boutique hotel lives up to its name as it refers to a Roma festival celebrating springtime. Do not be misled by the modern facade of the building, the interior is pure rustic elegance. Wherever you are in Ederlezi Living, you will only see natural materials – wood, sculptured marble, woven straw. And everywhere you go, you will experience thoughtful service and attention to detail. From the bottle of wine as a welcoming gift to the bikes that you can borrow to explore the city, and even the complimentary earplugs that are there just in case weekend nights are too lively for your taste.

And that rooftop garden! You can just stretch out and relax among swinging hammocks and olive trees. Certainly, your time in Athens should include a place to relax and unwind, and here it is!

Great location in downtown Athens, with lots of food options on the same street. Rooms were well designed and clean, with air conditioning. No elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up to your room. There is also a rooftop patio which is a nice place to enjoy your complimentary bottle of wine.

Unfortunately encountered 2 separate cockroaches during my stay here in the bathroom. The management did get an exterminator (the next day) and offered a dinner as compensation but was not able to take the offer as we had made reservations for our entire time in Athens. When asked about a refund or discount for a stay, I never received a response from the hotel.

We loved our 1 night stay before heading out tothe islands. Hotel was clean, affordable & walking distance to everything we wanted. Savvas was awesome & was easy to reach when we had questions. Complementary wine was a nice touch & I appreciated the Nespresso machine & coffee pods in the morning! I have read reviews that it can be loud which I could see since it’s along a busy street with pubs however we stayed on a Sunday night & it was quieter. Earplugs were provided at bedside if needed but we did not need them.Rooftop patio is adorable! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to Athens!

So glad I picked this hotel as our base for a few nights in Athens. Not only are the guys running the operation friendly and quick to help, the bohemian style rooms are inviting and the rooftop terrace area is the cherry on top!

Highly recommend this place! We were only in Athens for less than 24hrs but this was a cute, cozy and clean hotel right in the center of everything! Owner was very accommodating and even had 2 waters and a bottle of wine for us waiting in the room. You will not regret staying here while in Athens!
Very clean and cozy. Has A/C, smart tv, free wifi and a beautiful terrace. The location is right in the center of Athens so you can visit many places by foot. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. I arrived late at the hotel and there wasn't anyone at the reception but they had previously informed me about this and the self check in was extremely easy and quick, so there weren't any problems at all. I recommend it 100%.

Don't even bother looking for other hotels to stay at. This is an absolute gem. The rooms are beautiful, Savvas and the rest of the staff are so nice, genuine and helpful, and the location is absolutely perfect. They add really nice touches too, like a nespresso machine in your room, and a complimentary bottle of wine. The rooms are tastefully decorated and really comfy, and the roof terrace is a gorgeous place to spend some time relaxing. Though it's located in a lively area, I had no trouble with outside noise. Whether you're in Athens to look at the historic sights or enjoy the entertainment side of things, Ederlezi is the perfect choice and you will not be dissapointed. Thanks guys for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back soon.

An excellent choice to stay in central Athens and have so much space in the room. Everything was very close: restaurants, coffee places, bars, transport and shopping! The room was big and comfortable with all the things we needed for our stay. Savvas was exceptionally helpful! We will definitely be staying again when we visit Athens again in the future!

Rooms Overview

Named after the gypsy daughters of spring, the eight rooms of the Ederlezi are a delightful invitation to relax and reconnect with nature. The rooms are rich in bohemian design details: a polished branch to hang your clothes upon, crochetwork, rugs made of natural fibres… Every piece of furniture is hand-crafted from chestnut wood with a non-conformist spirit, such as the ladder holding the towels, or the suitcase holder supported by stones of white Greek marble.

Breakfast & More

At the time we visited Ederlesi, the hotel’s restaurant was under construction on the ground floor of the building, and will soon provide a truly Greek culinary experience with organic local products. The hotel’s cellar was also under construction, and aims to offer a variety of Greek wines and spirits to accompany the fantastic range of food options!
