Extremely overpriced. Paid for 5 nights but left after 1. Bed very uncomfortable. Not even any shower gel. Walls and windows as thin as paper can hear every word from people in adjacent rooms, the stairs, and even outside 2 floors down as though they’re in the room with you even with windows closed (sounds like they’re open). Shop around - I stayed in the centre of Psyrri in a completely soundproofed gorgeous room with a balcony for £25 less per night! And for £10 more you can stay in a 4* hotel! This place is a total rip off and low quality

Spacious room, clean, kitchen, fridge, microwave.Centrally located to station, shopping, diners and historical sites (Ancient Roman Agora, Parthenon, Acropolis Museum, etc).

Perfect location just a 1/2 block from the Psyrri/Monasteraki bars/restaurants, making it extremely walkable. The room was very comfortable, well decorated, comfortable mattress and pillows, very large for the area.

Exceptional accommodation!!!I couldn’t believe the quality of the room, the service and the breakfast. The staff super polite and eager to help. You won’t regret staying here. I strongly recommend it.

Great view of acropolis from the room and patio (big patio with chairs). Spacious room with kitchen and dining area, convenient location, but can be some loud music late at night from the nearby bars. The only suggestion is the shower had no door or curtain, so the entire bathroom floor has to be cleared afterwards by one of us. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Thank you.

I took the executive suite for 4 days the room is amazing however there some small things can be better. The balcony is very small and there is no chair or a table. I took a chair from the room and put it outside every time I wanted to stay on the balcony. The bathroom is small compared to the main room. The shower was amazing! The bad was very comfortable the same for the sofa . The workers was very nice and helpful in everything I asked.. however they did not find glasses for wine or wine. So I hade to buy them in the city .location was good so many restaurants and spa nearby. Overall it's a very good place to stay

First of all the hotel is new which is great.New beds, rooms and squeaky clean.The location is central with lots of shops and restaurants around.As with every new hotel, we had minor issues, such as fire alarms go off in error, which were quickly rectified.We saw some builders in the reception area smoking and taking their break, which after some initial feedback was also sorted and the builders now have a separate area to take their breaks.What makes this hotel amazing is, that they take your feedback and turn it around immediately, which shows genuine care and you the customer take centre stage.Toiletries are complimentary and of Best quality, Molton Brown.The room has all you need, kettle, coffee, nespresso machine, sink, cups, plates and cutlery.To top it all of we asked for a late checkout and were ready to pay a surcharge, but the hotel insisted on treating us to a late checkout, which is again testimony, that they go above and beyond customer expectations.Having stayed at a lot of 5 star chains, over the last 25 years, I prefer this hotel, as they give you the feeling of a boutique hotel.Towels, bedding etc is all designer and of best quality.The team is multilingual and very helpful. All reasonable requests are actioned immediately.Highly recommend this hotel as price/value cannot be beaten.Credit to the team & management.
