Hotel Au Boeuf Couronne lies amid delicacies to welcome you into utter French bliss

Nestled in the north of Paris, Hotel Au Boeuf Couronne offers a fine dining experience laced with comfort in sleep. The hotel is an extension of one of Paris’s oldest and most loved beef houses, which welcomes you to a world of delicious cuisine immediately after you walk through the door.

If you’re up for a taste-bud-tingling experience, settle into a seat at Au Bœuf Couronne restaurant or breeze past into the hotel upstairs. Run your fingers across the nature-inspired hallway and step into your breathtaking room. Settle in and leave your luggage beneath the wooden shelf on the leather belt support strap.

Waltz into the bathroom, where you’re greeted with marble tiles and brick-inspired wall decor. Soak and relish the Parisian atmosphere as the water from the Italian shower kisses your skin. Wrap yourself in the complimentary towel and step out onto your soft bed for a charming thrust into comfort.

Then, when the morning arrives, step onto the terrace for a tantalizing gourmet breakfast ranging from cereals to fruit juice to raw vegetables. And if you’re up for something extra, pick up a meal or two on your way out of Hotel Au Boeuf Couronne and enter into the wonders of Paris.

Don’t waste your time and money. The food was cold, bad quality meat and not up to the mark and the service was also very slow.

My best friend and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. It’s a small, cute and cosy hotel. The interior is quite modern and contemporary. I really liked the interior of the room we stayed in. The service could be a lot better though. The service is pretty average and breakfast was mid but got the job done. I didn’t mind the restaurant but servicing was small and the chips/fries were served cold but I loved the desserts. I would recommend the hotel as it’s cost effective and in a great location (there’s a train station, less than a minute away).

We went on Christmas day. To preface, I understand that no one likes working on Christmas. We had a reservation but no tables were ready and had to wait for almost 1 hour, standing around, squeezed against the entrance. They took our order and it took them another 10 minutes to let us know that some of the appetizers were unavailable. My steak and fries came cold and we had to send it back. A friend received a gristly, fatty steak. When we kindly raised the issue, the waiter said that it's not their fault and was rude about it. Dessert was good, but nothing more. I was very disappointed because it's a historical restaurant, the entire menu is at an upper-middle price point. I expected the food to be good and nicely plated, and the service to be exceptional. Well, it was none of it. I'm just upset that I spent a decent amount of money for a very mediocre-bad meal with mediocre-bad service.

very disorganized in general... the meat came too cooked on the outside, with soggy french fries. According to the responsable, it was not possible to include a dessert in the menu - only possible if asked in the beginning of the meal. A place not worth the price, definitely

It used to be our preferred hotel when visiting Paris. The rooms are nice and location is great. However, I am disappointed how the night between the 11th and 12th November was handled. The fire alarm of the entire hotel or at least the upper 3 floors went on at around 1am, 2am and 6am for around 5-10 minutes. The first alarm forced everyone out of their beds and down to the reception and on the street. It was chaotic. As it was a false alarm, no one cared anymore about the subsequent two alarms, which of course is dangerous when something serious happens. The alarm was incredibly loud, which prevent me from sleeping afterwards. I would have loved to get a refund or voucher for this night when checking out, or at least an apology from the hotel and an explanation what was going on.

The food was mouth watering good. The staff was so friendly and helpful with selecting a wine and what they recommend for food. Our waiter was so cheerful and happy, it made the experience so much fun. And I tried for the first time creme brulee and I tried to scoop every little bit up as I could. ♥️♥️

Very good bistro-style restaurant specialized in meat. The service is classy as you would expect from a brasserie parisienne. The meat is super good, and the price is reasonable in relation with the quality.A favorite address of mine in the XIXe.

We attended a concert at Zenith, and we chose this hotel for the location, which was excellent. Breakfast is amazing even though a bit pricey. I highly recommend it, the best croissants I have ever eaten in my life 😋. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing, especially for meat lovers, expect a high bill, though. 1 metro station change at least for tourist locations.

The inside of the hotel and bedrooms are beautifully decorated! Front desk employees were very nice. The hotel is right in the center of Chartres. The bathrooms were clean yet a bit outdated. Our neighbors and I could hear extremely loud pipe sounds coming from our shared bathroom walls all night--I swear those things were shrieking. Besides that it was an awesome hotel.

Classic restaurant on the outskirts of Paris. This institution is one of the very few places you can find souffle potatoes aka Louis XIV fries... another being Gallatoires on Bourbon St. When I have time I come out here for a great steak, professional waiters and their pommes soufle. It's worth the metro ride and the price is right. Be careful after dark and the 'hood can get Rough around the edges.

One of the best steak meals I ever had in my life. Went to this restaurant because we had to watch a concert at the philharmonie. Ate everything in 30mins. Impeccable service, fast, efficient. The food was way above our expectations! 5 stars!
Really enjoyed our meal here. Staff attentive and the food was excellent. I would definitely go again. The stay at the hotel was also good. Clean and comfortable beds. Cosy rooms. Lovely breakfast. Nice staff.
